    Get rid of all your ashtrays, cigarette lighters, etc. Try to avoid situations where you will be around smokers until you feel like you have your urges under control. I think now you are having more problems with the “habit” of having something in your hand–try a stress ball.

    A friend of mine quit by cutting staws and putting them in a cigarette pack, he was use to the nervous habit and it helped him to be able to hold the straw and **** it if he wanted to.

    never get bored! whether is always chewing gum, or cleaning, or anything that makes you think about nothing but what you are doing! i have been quit for 6 months now and i love every minute of it! i now cant even stand the smell of it!

    the things i did and came out sucessfully
    1 ) newer quit all at a sudden , slowly reduce the quantity and increase the time frequency
    2) read good books on personality development
    3 ) practice breating exersise preferably yoga
    4 )meet and talk to persons who have geater amount of energy(not physical)
