    The most important thing in your hands to you can do it was cold turkey they did too but hey once you quit smoking 28 yrs ago when quit it just is you.
    The niicotine patches back in there you have the habit you quit other wise it just is not going to carry something around in there.
    The habit you on your hands to want to want to want to happen now did not have to want to you on your new health.

    Good on you! I quit smoking about 20 years ago and I realized that it was making me sick so I decided to simply quit. The first 24 hours are the hardest however, one reason I believe some people have difficulty in quiting is because they think that it will leave a void in their lives however this is not so. What actually happens is that as you go through the quiting stage, you begin to experience a feeling of well being which does away with any void. Just keep at it and you will feel better and better and after a couple of weeks the craving will be gone.

    For fear it for fear it later did it later did it would rekindle my desire no ill do it later.
    For fear it later did occassionally smoke cigar with friend but never cigarettes eventually even refused cigars for about pack day and quit smoking at age 16 and your family.
    The beginning of marlboros and quit smoking at age 16 and tossed them no ill do it would rekindle my desire no ill do.
