    All I know of is time, eating healthy and drinking lots of water. Clears most toxins out of the body…

    nicotene is actually created by the body after a while… the fact that you smoked caused your body to stop production of nicotene… so just stick it out…. and drink lots of water…

    For quitting tobacco use am sure it was hard but you will help markedly products recommended for such actions are promoted by those wishing to back their claims you are to back their claims you will be rewarded many times over all body to sell product too bad.

    I agree with GTB. Let nature take its course. You will probably get cravings for a cigarette for at least 3 weeks until the receptors on your nerve ends, damaged by the nicotine, repair themselves and your body returns to how it should be.

    This is the case with all dependency drugs including alcohol and narcotics.

    Drink lots of water when you get the urge to smoke or get jittery.

    By the way- Congratulations on taking steps to look after your health.
